‘Boris Bikes’ in London. Currently people pay a monthly subscription to ‘jump on’ a spare push bike as transport.
Peope could also pay to jump into a spare electric car supplied by government as transport in urban areas. Reduce car ownership, emmissions and maybe congestion.

Similar to Coil, but instead of paying for duration, people pay for distance (travelled) in a car
