Memo social media protocol on ILP?

Memo is a social networking protocol shoehorned into the OP_RETURN field of Bitcoin Cash. Into that tiny 80-byte field, the protocol implements all the data persistence required for a fully-fledged Twitter-like site: https://memo.cash/protocol

The ILP ledger memos field supports up to 1K bytes. It seems to me a more functional application could be built using the same (or an extended) Memo protocol on ILP.

Is anyone aware of any decentralized social media projects being build on ILP, whether using the Memo field or otherwise?

Thanks for any info!
