I have a working multi-currency demo with multiple hops and clients topping up and withdrawing their funds, based on the discussion from: [Standardized Deposit and Withdrawal](https://forum.interledger.org/t/standardized-deposit-and-withdrawal/824). Implementing it requires 1 addition and 1 small change in the Settlement API.
